Send too much time sitting

Some studies have proved that the bacteria causing gum disease can also cause inflammation in your body. And inflammation is directly linked to the increased chance of your heart being infected with heart disease.

Salt overeating

Sodium is a necessary mineral for your body. To be more specific, sodium inside salt is beneficial for your bones, not your heart. Excessive sodium consumption can lead to high blood pressure which is related to heart disease. Aside from salt, a source of sodium that we can easily avoid consuming if we want to, how about other sources of sodium? Well, you can avoid consuming too much sodium from alternative sources such as canned foods, chips, and salty snacks by reading their component on their packaging. The most ideal amount of sodium that we need to consume daily is less than 1500mg.
